Acrylic teeth

The system brand "Tribos 501" encloses the required mounting waxes, appropriate acrylic teeth in three morphology studies and an assortment of prosthesis plastics. The teeth produced in 3 layers possess equal value of quality at almost every area of the tooth and garantee hereby stability of the colors when grinding. By the ideal surface density and surface hardness the Tribos 501 offers excellent firmness against abrasion and is particularly resistant to plaque.

Tribos 501 are advanced quality teeth with a cross-linked PMMA structure, produced in a newly developed "Mega-Press-Inject" compaction process to optimise surface density and surface hardness. The tooth produced in a 3-layer process thus achieves almost identical quality values at every point of the tooth body. This has a particularly noticeable effect on the service life and plaque susceptibility of a denture. The user immediately feels the precision of the CAD/CAM production technology on first contact with the Tribos 501.

>> Anterior teeth

For the anterior teeth gebdi offers all in all 31 shapes, so that there is a tooth for every taste. The Tribos line convinces especially with the new V and VL shapes, which can be varied up to 30% by adjusting the gingival mask.

Advantages of the V-shapes: Closure of the interdental triangles through natural body-emphasising shaping / can be set up individually (tilted, rotated...).

Almost loss-free preservation of the tooth colour - even after processing.
Individual age-appropriate translucency, possible by adjusting the shape of the incisal edge.

>> Posterior teeth

For the posterior teeth 14 different shapes are available - produced in a 3-layer process with very high colour stability as well as optimum surface density and hardness with excellent resistance to abrasion. In the posterior region, three design morphologies can be selected for Tribos 501.
