Right of rescission
For
products, the consumer (end customer) has a right of return within 14
days for goods delivered directly by us. The prerequisite for this is
that he/she returns the goods in their original packaging, not labelled
and not pasted, stating the reason for the return and enclosing a copy
of the delivery note.
If
the goods have not been invoiced directly through us, please contact
your depot. If the copy of the delivery note is missing, additional
processing fees will be charged. Medical products are excluded from the
right of exchange and return. Any costs and risks incurred for the
return shipment shall be borne by the consumer. In individual cases, the
return may be refused.
